Finally the first book ever to be written about the creative planning of event and experiential marketing. Experiential Creative Planning is a book on how to plan a world-class event. I wrote this book with the realisation that the whole industry needs more recognition. The focus should be on the creativity of planning campaigns, not only on the creativity of event production. The book covers the psychology of creating a brand experience, the strategic thinking behind campaigns as well as creativity case studies.
The decision to write an interactive book instead of a traditional book was easy. I wanted to approach the topic from a more multi-sensory aspect through audio tracks and fine graphics.
Experiential Creative Planning further features inputs from guest writers. The managing editor of Highsnobiety, Pete Williams, gives his insights on The ABC of Building Hype; DJ Skeme Richards from the world-famous Rock Steady Crew discusses about Mooding the Space with Music; and the former events director of The White House, Laura Schwartz, writes on The Power of Bonding.
With all this being said, be creative, free your mind and gain insights into world-class creative planning!
